The membership Therapy Center, C.M.H. C. (Community mental health center) is design to help individuals with mental health Disorders and behaviors. Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community. It is the positive dimension of mental health whether you feel stressed or have any sort of mental discomfort. “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Our facility promotes mental health concepts, emerging evidence, and practice. We work in collaboration with the department of mental health and other local sources. We offer substance abuse therapy and treatment Detox intervention through affiliations with Baptist Hospital, Doris Ison community mental health Hospital, Citrus Health Network, and other facilities that offer similar programs for individuals who need to stay in a residential facility for treatment or have to be baker act.
Being healthy is a health promotion it means and involves actions that allow people to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles and create living conditions and environments that support health. In this positive sense mental health is the foundation for well-being and effective functioning for an individual and for a community. This core concept of mental heath is consistent with its wide and varied interpretation across cultures. It is the evidence of the relationship between social and cultural factors and the mental health of individuals and communities are based on.
There is great vulnerability of disadvantaged people in each community that will need help from mental illnesses. These are social factors, personal relationships, physical, mental abuse and related substances issues as they experience the insecurities and hopelessness in their circle of everyday life. In some cases people can experience rapid social change, marriage problems can bring risks of mental illness and other health related issues.
